2009 Susan Polgar National Invitational for Girls

The event is underway - Round 1 was held yesterday afternoon. Round 2 is set to begin today at 1:30 p.m. on the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. The girls will play one round each day with the final Round on Friday, July 31. There are 60 girls competing in this year's Invitational, the largest yet. Scholarships are at stake, including a full four-year scholarship to Texas Tech to a qualifying winner (see Rules and Regulations).
