Okay, I figure people who are much more knowledgeable about these things than I will say that players 4th place thorugh 7th place don't have much of a chance to catch the leaders with only 4 games left.
But darlings, I won't take that to the bank!
REST DAY FRIDAY. The action resumes Saturday and I'm thinking that Monroi, the ICC/Chess FM and uschesschamps.com will have their hands full keeping up with demand of viewership. At least - I sure hope so!
The match-up in R6 that everyone is already anticipating is Zatonskih - Melekhina.
GM Susan Polgar has her work cut out for her, trying to decide who's going to win the Goddesschess Fighting Chess Award! Honestly, has there been a game yet where any players have just mailed it in? I haven't seen one. Whew!
