I Found It! The source of the image used in the May 14, 2011 Kamiak Post

Prior post.  Here's a larger version of it, which makes clear that what I thought was a blue infant is not an infant at all!

I found it at Wikipedia while searching for images of nagini - I figured it had to be an Indian (not Persian) image and after discussing it with Mr. Don, went on the hunt.  Here is the information on the image:
