2012 Quebec Open Chess Championship

Hola darlings!  Last night I had found the round results at chess-results.com for this event, but tonight when I went to look I could not find them.  There is nothing under Canada; I looked under FEQ; FQE; QEF; all combinations thereof -- because I remembered that there were initials and not under a country name -- well, at least last night I did not make "NOTE" of the country name but tonight after wasting a lot of time because I was stupid last night and did not save the link, I found the tournament - listed under FRA.  Yep - under FRANCE.
Now why the Flying Royal F is a Canadian tournament listed under FRANCE?  If it is some kind of political statement, well, all you did was piss me off because as an American trying to find news on your tournament, it's stupid to find it under France.  If it's a mistake, then FIX it!

In the Open, as far as I have been able to determine, I located the names of chess femmes who will be playing in August in the 2012 Goddesschess Canadian Women's Closed Chess Championship (a/k/a the Women's Zonal).  I think I figured this out correct -- G = W; P = L; N = D.  There are 57 players registered in the Open.
